Doing "Blockquotes"

Hot on the heels of the Poetry Hanging Indent matter, "certain folks" are now saying one can't do what they pronk as "blockquotes" via the "Word method" as detailed in this book (in total agreement with AMAZON).

A particular book is presented, so I simply copied the text of a "normal" paragraph and that of the so called blockquote.

I pasted to Word and made a new Style which I called dialogue and formatted it as specified with indent both sides.

I then repeated the same path as for the Poetry example and IT WORKED.
